I am looking for a Trickers Derby something similar to these:

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 90

Those look like the Woodstock model but those tend to come with a leather sole. Might be worth considering the Matlock if you are OK with grain leather: http://www.pediwear.co.uk/trickers/products/2474.php

I have also seen these on an Italian retail site:

Woodstocks are a derby and the other a blucher, I believe. Also, Tricker's often gives special names to particular makeups with specific types of soles. A Woodstock typically has a leather sole, and the "Matlock" a commando.

Tricker's Bourton ($312) and Stows on sale at Herring:

Also Fran Boone has a few interesting makeups up at 30% off w/code WS30% -- notably teak shell cordovan longwing shoes and boots ($552 w/sale code and VAT deducted).

Made a visit to the Jermyn St store just before Christmas and it was so underwhelming. Feels rather worn-out compared to the shoe stores along the same street. Was expecting it to be more polished.

Where they having a holiday sale while you were there? I have seen the store in two different configurations. During regular season, I found the store to be quite nice. During sale season, they remove all the glass cases, displays, and custom makeups and replace that with wooden shelves with rows of sale shoes and boots. I wonder if you hit at the sale time?
