I jumped on them a couple weeks ago.
extra25 code seems to still work too

I saw them and the navy ones but decided that they were difficult to pair, especially with the colors and white sole.

Any opinions / guesses on the last used for the "Newbury" sold by STP? I just received a pair, thinking they were the "official" Newbury on the 4537. But they feel large , and they do not seem to have the squarish toe of the 4537. I'm guessing these could be 4497 made to be like an 1829 Collection-type shoe. The toe looks too rounded, no? I wish they wouldn't use the model name if they've changed it. Great price, though...

Hard to really justify $978 USD for a calf leather Tricker's boot, when you can get shell cordovan for far less, nice as they are…they look like an END make up that you could get for $519.

That russet color looks really good on the khaki pants.

recent ebay gamble paid off:

picked up a pair of tricker's for comme de garcons homme plus leather wingtips. closed lacing, hidden eyelets, slight hatch grain upper. double leather sole with japanese sizing. i think these are older - the sole is attached differently than on my newer pairs.

Tricker's write the last number inside every shoe .... it is below the inner sock, above the heel.  If you lift the sock carefully you should see the number, but you will have to stick it down again.

Best,

Flippin' heck .... these seem to be a standard Stow with an orange Dainite and a black sock.  How much?  They are having a laugh!!

A reminder/warning about those Junya Tricker's. In the past they've been sized 1/2 size smaller than the marked size. So a Junya Stow might be marked 10UK but actually be a 9.5UK.

.... one subtle difference to the standard boot, as eagle-eyed Richard at the Shoe Healer just pointed out to me, they have a flat welt (which is widely regarded as being inappropriate on a Stow).

So, a load of money for something perhaps not so good.  But it is a free world .......!
