Yeah, I thought the prices were pretty insane as well. We just need one more person for our Allan boot which will be similar to this for a whole lot less...

We Don't know what Tricker's prices will be after the price hike.

The price on that boot is in effect the price of a one-off MTO on their old prices.

All the more reason to jump on the Iris Cordovan MTO or the Allan boot other MTO...

Yeah,

I think either orange or red will go great with the iris cordovan. Orange being a little more subdued.

If that is enough to get that one last person I need for the group MTO......

How about you pimp out the iris eaton's you have to help those on the fence about the color! What do you usually wear them with? Denim, Chinos, Work/play? etc.

I personally think they will be very versatile and have already decided if I don't get the last person for the group MTO before the impending rate hike, that I'm doing a one-off MTO for myself.

Orange dainite and orange liner might be better....

When is the rate hike?

Technically today according to Richard at Shoehealer.

He has given me a couple weeks at the old price to get the last person for my group MTO or to do a one-off MTO. After that the rate hike he mentioned is rather significant.

Same for me. Richard said he could hold prices for 30 days at most.

Come on, one more taker for the Allan boot is all we need!!!

I really hope someone comes along. These boots are beautiful and deserve to be on our feet.

Hopefully it is just a matter of patience.

Will be somewhat disappointed though if in the next couple weeks we can't get the 1 person remaining to fulfill this order!

Is the rate hike just a mto thing? Or are store collabs or standard models likely to go up soon as well?
I noticed the last few cordovan offerings via the eBay store were £340, rather than the usual £300. Maybe it's just the horse models getting a price hike.
