Also, does it take a while for Tricker's to break in? From the initial try on, the shoes are very rigid, more so than any Aldens I own. They sure are gorgeous though!

It does, but its part of the experience. They are pretty thick leathers.

^^ Shouldn't be too long before it gets comfortable if sized right. The leather upper on Tricker's ain't as thick as some of the North American work boot brands (Nick's, etc), and apart for the zug/scotch grain leathers, they should break in within a couple of weeks. I had very minimal discomfort with my pairs during initial wear.

Stubby Stows. Although described as brown, they have a reddish tinge to them as compared to another brown zug grain boot I have. Pleasantly surprised by that.

I think I might be in love with Tricker's. I haven't worn the shoes yet, but plan to this weekend. The small details make them that much better and unconventional. My pair looks just like Zippy's except the eyelets are gold and the leather liner is red. Can't wait until the next pair gets in!

I'm trying to find the fit information of the brogues, are they TTS or 1/2 larger than normal? I'm referring to the superdenim collab, btw.

 

Also, I went ahead and measured my feet on a brannock device today, came out to be US8.5D. Any suggestion as to what size I should get?
