Oh can you please post pics? I have always wanted to have a pair of navy Tricker's. Their navy is nicely done. I thought I'd get a black pair first because it's more versatile for me. I might have to start saving for a navy pair smile.gif

You could measure using this method (although it is easier to put the A4 sheet next to a wall, stick your heel to that wall and just draw a line at your farther toe (usually the big one).

We wear the same US size but your feet are a lot shorter than mine (and Im almost 11cm wide) therefore Im not confident about UK 7,5.
I don't want to lead you to the wrong decision so smile.gif

Does the Grasmere come only in commando soles? If so, maybe too casual for office wear? I think oxblood can be paired with black trousers, especially darker oxblood. Use the rest of the outfit to make the combo work. smile.gif Should be quite nice! Post pics when you have them!

Edit: ooh, I think my next pair of Tricker's would either be oxblood or as aforementioned, navy...

I like those black modified Stows.
Navy Bourtons I got from Pediwear about a year ago.

^Holy crap! I think mines will look identical to that. Navy calf, black dainite sole with natural finish.

PS Zippy, I bet you have unworn shoes all around the house!

I need to remodel my closet now as I have no more space for shoes. frown.gif

Funny you mention the unworn shoes.

I was recently boxing up my summer oriented shoes to put in storage and pulling some of my fall/winter shoes.
I actually only have two pairs I haven't worn.
I have a pair of navy John Lobb wingtips and a pair of black cordovan Alden wingtip boots from J Crew.
I only got the black Aldens last week but I've had the Lobbs for about a year and half.
Now if you're talking shoes I haven't worn very much, well I plead the 5th.

I think those Bureau blue Bourtons are the same navy color and they look different due to the lighting.
The dainite soles will probably work better for you in California than the commando too.

quick questions regarding wearing the Stow with jeans. I wear APC PS and i was wondering if the stow will look too wide with them. going to visit the trickers store tomorrow evening but would like to know if anyone else has tried it.

Its either the trickers or grenson sharp. cant decide between the two

Trickers for Norse Store. I haven't decided if I dig the spectator boot or not.

Yep, Pediwear edition.

BTW, how much did you end up paying for the Stow modification from Shoe Healer?
