How do you find the fit on the Monty's? I got some in suede a few years ago (not from Bureau) and they seemed a v sloppy fit, to the point where I needed to treat like 4444 and go down half a size.
I’ve found that too. Kudu suede one I have requires thick socks.

Yep, very sloppy fit. I ended up using an insert but they still feel like they need another pair of lace holes. I notice that Division Road has a "Monty" but it has 5 pairs of lace holes.

I have some gorgeous Peanut Kudu Monty's in my normal 4497 size and have an insert and use thick socks etc but they still feel well too big. During a TKMaxx sale I got a pair in purple (also nice... but not as nice) a ½ size down and they fit fine and not tight at all. Ever since I've looked on eBay for some size 10 Peanut Monty's, but still hold on to the 10½'s as some form of near-enough consolation!

Love the Div Rd builds but just too expensive landed in the UK really. That said I think what they call a Monty is really an Evedon!

Just had a thought - wouldn't it be nice if Tricker's or a UK Tricker's supplier reached an accommodation with Div Rd to supply their builds to buyers in the UK/Europe? Then the shoes/boots would never be shipped to the USA only to be shipped back and buyers in Europe would not see substantial import fees and high shipping costs etc. It would surely result in more sales of great builds... Apologies if this has all been said before!
