Looking through my Tricker's catalog, I see no 4291 last listed.
The 4497S is what most of the Country Collection is on (Stow, Malton, Burford, Kendal, Matlock, Woodstock and some others). The notable exceptions being the 4444 last (Bourton, Keswick, Ilkley).

Thanks zippy yes I know, was trying to compare the malton to a rare last to see how I should size it. I'm getting conflicting info from a couple of people and wanted a tie break.

What size would I need to get for Stows if I'm a 9.5 in RW, 42 in CP and 43 in MMM?

I wear 10.5US in RW GT and 44 in CP and take a 9.5UK Stow.

Afaik, Tricker's run half a size larger but I was advised to get Stows in UK9 or 9.5 too like what jet suggested, that got me confused. Was thinking I could fit into an 8.

I'm a US 12 in Red Wings, 45 in CPs, and I wear a UK11.5 in the Trickers country lasts.
