This used to happen to my shoes on occasion after getting behind the wheel of my car. While feeling for the pedals I sometimes scraped past the accelerator pedal with the tip of my right shoe...

Damn - I gave them to the cobbler a couple of hours ago. I should have emailed you directly but it didn't seem like a big enough deal to send them out. If he does a poor job I'll be in touch.

It wasn't the car. It was definitely in the back yard - on some steps or against the gas grill or something like that. I should have changed my shoes.

go get them now. im sure they are just waiting around perhaps. my cobbler puts them in wait as he works on other things (he asks me to come by in a week, so the assumption is he didnt work on them yet).

I destroyed a pair of Saint Crispin's at Circuit Mont-Tremblant because I forgot my Pilotis.
