Does your car fit your style?

What does your car say about you? Hipster? Modern? Classic? Broke? Free-spirit? Douchebag?

according to jet, creative type who knows little about cars.

I'm probably a pussy - Subaru...

IMO, mine does.

Sure why not.

Apparently mine do. For example, if I'm taking someone to lunch who has never ridden in either one of my cars, when we go into the parking lot they usually guess correctly which one is mine before I even indicate the one I'm driving.

of course.

Probably not, pretty understated compared to the fairly bold choices I tend to like stylistically.. anyone who has ever seen pictures of my horse blanket coats can probably attest to that..

Hmm.... a seldom-used stickshift hatchback Elantra...

Cheap, control-freak, underpowered, rare (of 135 Elantras on the lot it was the only hatch/manual), reliable, kind of a poser (looks like a Saab NG900)...

yeah, that's close enough.

Well you did pick a bold interior color.

More or less, yes. At least it's not at odds with my style.

Something like a Jaguar Vanden Plas or an older, worn-in, well maintained Mercedes would fit my personality more, though.

I've been looking for a vanden plas for months now. preferably an 87. No hurry but I do want one in the next 5 months.

Really I tend to dress to fit the car. I am on a real shitty van kick right now. Jeans tshirt and baseball cap.

Douchebag BMW M3, though I don't dress like a douche.

Today wearing RRL Jeans, Gitman Vintage BD, and Quoddy for South Williard Bulchers.

Not really, but it fits my lifestyle, bro.
