Cheap Fasion, Small Budget - Page 2

I would say a pair of dark slim jeans from gap is a better buy than stf 501s.

Its been said already, but American Apparel (AA) is a good place to start for shirts. They have a large selection, many colors and good price.

I suppose that is a matter of opinion.

24$= not cheap imo.

3 for 10$ = cheap imo.

501's might be better than gap jeans for the price, but it's hard to argue with raw selvedge for 30 dollars.

I don't find the 501 stf fit very flattering. I'd much rather get a pair of 514, 511(if i wanted skinny), spend some more dough and get apcs, wait till stuff goes on sale like crate, corpus, nudie and others(like at denimbar) and get them for under $100. I know 501 STFs are iconic and everything, i'm just not a huge fan. I'd rather have a dark nice fitting pair of jeans than a pair that's just raw. To each his own. Raw and selvage don't mean good either, people. Don't drink the kool aid too much. Get some shit that fits just the way you want it. Just buy a pair of apc ns sized down 2-3 or apc cures sized down 1. Then from there buy some basics at AA, H&M and Uniqlo. Get a solid pair of white sneakers like spring courts, german army trainers, chucks, van slips and a pair of nice black sneakers(not black with white chucks though). Get a m65, maybe a cheap peacoat from one of the cheap stores. The 3 stores above have cardigans and hoodies too. Then from there, just sprinkle your wardrobe with 1-2 more expensive designery items per season so you don't break the bank, but can get a few impact pieces and items that fit perfect or are exactly what you want aesthetic wise.

but are you looking for blanks or screen printed t's? quality screen printed t's dont come at 10 bucks a piece, unless a site has like nothing but xxl's left and are trying to get rid of them.

No one is saying that 24, or even 50 dollars for a tshirt isn't justifiable. What we mean is that he'll need a few nice tshirts, and nice tshirts can be had for 15 bucks easily.
