actuarry, being part owner of a tofu factory (thats not earning money) I'm surprised by the number of products they do with tofu nowadays....

Hitting up the Prime Ministers' Garden Party (Canada) this Friday. Been the past 3 years and it's pretty cool. They always theme the decor of it which is pretty cool. Free booze and food along with a great lookout of Ottawa.

The pears need to be oxidized more so they match the brown of the skin.
