I think they are on the same timetable as J. Crew as in glacial pace.

I would think Kit is right about a west coast store coming first but I wouldn't think TO or Van would be too far behind that for a UK based company. Though the rate at which Canadians seem to pick up on clothing trends is pretty facepalm worthy so maybe I'm way off base.

Uniqlo is Japanese.

And Toronto definitely has decent boutiques however not enough interest. People would rather shop at A&F/Hollister and H&M.

Not sure about Vancouver though, I haven't been to any province outside Ontario tbh.

Funny, I found this faster than it took you to write that email. Besides, everyone knows Uniqlo takes six weeks to respond to anything phone/computer. If you're lucky.
