I am skinny fat. Help me

Skinny body except for my huge gut. I don't even drink beer that much. I have a lot of stress at work. I don't eat that bad either. I don't exercise at all because of work.

Am I just screwed?

Exercise doesnt matter for most people. If you sprint for 60 minutes every day, that wont counteract ONE meal from McDonalds. Let alone if you eat three of them. Exercise is important, but diet is the MOST important. You would be better off stopping snacking, and eating heathfully. Cut red meat out of your diet, and regular soda.

Cut everything out of your diet, actually. Foods are for little piggyfats that nobody wants to marry!

Its generally Carbs that give you a nice gut and late night snacks. The rest is up to how you work out and your metabolism.

I agree with the above poster(s) that your diet is the main problem. If you're drinking soda or coffee/tea that has cream and/sugar in it, you might try cutting it out. Just eating less (or drinking less) in general will obviously help you lose weight. You mentioned beer specifically, but all alcohol has calories in it due to alcohol containing calories. If you eat a lot of cheese, that's also something to cut out. Also, increasing your intake of fiber can do some good.

I've also found that even if you're not exercising, doing pushups and crunches before you go to bed can help you tone up a bit. It hardly takes any time and you don't need a gym or weights. You can also do something like bouncing your leg while you're sitting at your desk during the day. Same thing with chewing gum. They'll both burn a couple extra calories for you.

Why would you possibly cut red meat out of your diet if you are trying not to be skinny fat. Red meat is filled with protein and tastes damn good.

It's also filled with fat, much of it saturated. There are much better and leaner sources of protein if you really want to get cut.

Work is not why you are fat unless you are that fat guy on the history channel that goes around eating shit while he explains how they make said food.
