I have two pairs of Rancourts:
1. Natural cordovan Brooks Brothers venetian loafers - size 8.5
2. Brown CXL beefroll penny loafer - size 8.5

The cordovans fit nice and snug without socks. The CXL fit slightly larger (but not too big...yet)

What size would I need in a Ranger Moc? At 40% off, I'm tempted by these navy ones. But, if the camp mocs tend to run large, I think I'll pass.

I don't have any other shoes by them, but the Ranger mocs I have fit like any other dress shoes I have (AE, etc). I really like mine.

TTS is the usual response. The laces make the fit less worrisome. I have both cxl and shell in the ranger in my true size and both fit great.

True to size is correct. The lacings really help make the fit better than my Camp Mocs.

These were my first Rancourts - haven't worn them in a little while so I thought I'd bust them out on a rainy day:

Comfortable right out of the box, but after some break-in they now feel like a second skin.

Very nice!

My Rancourt navy shell venetians, with Leffot. $360 shipped with tax. Beautiful, not quite as dark as they look in the pic. Looking forward to breaking the crap out of them.

(Very) early b-day gift to myself. The aforementioned special orders, both using Color 8 CXL:

Shearling lined chukka and tassel Lauder with navy suede tassel. Apologies for this being in 3 messages. Laughably bad at this via the phone.

What was the cost of getting a shearling lined chukka? I love that idea, that's awesome!

$365 thru Dustin at PDG. They are TOASTY! Lined all the way to the toes. Basically like house slippers with a badass sole.

So one more addendum. Dustin at PDG was awesome to work with and I highly recommend going through him. Not that Rancourt us difficult at all by the way. They've always been responsive to my emails too. Dustin I'm already dreaming up my next order! One other thing: lead time was 40 days from placing the order to delivery.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Those look great. So much better looking in your photos than those on the BB website.
