Those really are exquisite.  I like the look of the texture on that shell.  The new tempest isn't as different as I was expecting, but I think I like the new heel better.

I think so, I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger.

Normally I don't like the thought of getting something different than what's advertised, I like to know what I'm getting. However in this case I think this heel is an big improvement over what they have posted on their website.

WOW! Those are unreal.

I love the tempest sole. It really takes the shoe to another level.

Enjoy them dddrees

It's about time you got some pics up, dddrees!  I was about to throw a "This thread is worthless without pics" or a "Pics or it didn't happen" TRF style, haha!

I know, I started to worry that an angry SF mob might visit my house. LOL

Nice to see some people from TRF here. Looks like we all share common interests.

Well well well, it looks like the customizing tool on Rancourt's website is finally working! I'm on their email list, and got an email with a link. I'm not sure how public it is at this point, considering the only place you can get to it is through email, but it looks pretty good! And the email mentioned a discount for people who try out the tool...

Curious as to why size 10 isn't available?

Would anybody be willing to share the address to the tool? I'm on their email list but I didn't get the email.

I'm kind of annoyed because the deal the email offers is cheaper than the order I just placed. And it would still be cheaper even if I had gotten that sole upgrade. I won't beat myself up about it but it would save me about $60 and my shoes are still in production. I would have waited a week if I'd known I could get this.

Also, I wonder why shell cordovan is not an option?

Maybe it's worth giving them a call to see what they might be willing to do. What do you have to lose? Worst case scenario is that they tell you no.
