I ordered a pair of beefroll pennies with that configuration that are supposed to ship today.

Just wanted to share my expirience.

Went to CM and tried the following, beefroll and new venetians loafers. I'm TTS 9D and wear Alden 8.5 Barrie/9D Plaza lasts. For Rancourt beefroll and venetians with extra thin loafer socks I was spot on wearing 8.5. So for me sizing down .5 size on Rancourts works.

Love mine

What do you normally wear them with? I went this route since all the rest of the cordovan I have is #8. That and lighter shoes seem more casual by default, in my mind.

Hey guys,

does anyone have a shoe/boot in navy shell?

I am thinking about ordering maybe the blake boot or Hamilton Boot in the Navy shell and was wondering if anyone had comments/pics to show how

it has aged etc.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for sharing.  That is reassuring since I have a pair on the way in which I went down .5.

So I have a Beefroll loafer that is lined and a camp moc that is unlined (both CXL) and the lined loafer is larger in size. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes I have both a lined shell loafer and a unlined shell loafer the lined is bigger. I am thinking being lined is was not wrapped as tight on the last but that is just a guess

Interesting thought. I am not sure the difference is enough to go down a half size but I am thinking about it. I am getting ready to order another pair of loafers that will be lined.
