anyone have these? and have pics wearing them?
cant tell if i love or hate the stitching around the toe. loved the navy shell chukkas but not sure i like these

as far as I know, stitching can always be MTO to something you personally like best to go on the shoes.

can't decide if I like the pinking detail on the tongue or not....

in case you missed it, ACL posted a review of his most recent Rancourts here

(fwiw, i'm forecasting that the 2 week wait time for custom orders is about to start increasing)
^ FWIW I have already waited for 3 weeks...

that is wrong information. i only waited 2 weeks + 3 days.

hopefully the anticipation will make them all the more awesome when you get them! (that's what I'm telling myself)

mind me asking what you ordered?

also, not sure if you guys are subscribed (most of the time they offer crap) but Urban Daddy is having a sale on Rancourts on monday according to Kyle....

I ordered a #8 ranger moc with white eyelets and leather sole.

and yeah I know when I get it I will be super happy based on all the reviews that I have read online.

where did you find out about the sale? Do you know what's included?

UD usually offers crap +1

Speaking of Rancourts on sale, Ralph Lauren has a few models on sale right now including some penny loafers for about $235.

^u got everything that I think it's made by Rancourt.

those buckle styles are so hard to pull off, at least for me.

the one with the American flag can be found on Rancourt's FB page if you dig the pics.

btw, Rancourt just fired up an updated website! There's a mentioning of MTO but still no actual shopping options to choose from.

that sounds really nice, pics when you get them!

as for the UD sale..Kyle just mentioned that it goes live monday, didn't speak to specifics although a couple hints popped up on twitter/instagram here and here

if the first pic is any indication, and the white balance is way off in the 2nd pic, I think we may see some kind of purple suede boat shoe.
I was already considering ordering a purp suede pinch penny loafer with honey RLH sole, so that may be hard to resist...

I kinda like those flag ones too, dorky as they are.
Not quite sure how often I'd wear them beside the 4th of July though.

I love the buckles styles. It was a toss up between the Rancourt buckle loafters http://www.rancourtandcompany.com/men-s/dress/buckle-loafer-tan.html
and the Ralph ones. I liked the Ralph ones better but not $200 better so was waiting for them to go on sale. Plus I was still a bit unsure of sizing.
I've got some Rancourt made Ralph beefroll loafers which fit okay when new but really stretched out such that they're a bit too big.
