Plain parka Made in America, Japan or Europe

I am looking to get a parka for this winter. Something fairly simple with not many pockets and flaps and all of that nonsense. I am going to be wearing it over my suits when it is frigid here in NYC. The thing is I am looking for one that is not made in China. I found an awesome United Bamboo one, but they discontinued operations in Japan over the last year and are producing it in China now. Granted the price came down, I am not buying from my Country's economic rival. Does anybody have an ideas?

Not quite... I am looking for something down lined, fur on the hood and less military inspired. Simple pockets on the sides and cut right above the knee.

Canada Goose is exactly this. http://www.canada-goose.com/products...chateau-parka/ Made in Canada, which is (North) America.
