I have a pair of C&J Yardleys in brown, that I have yet to wear.
However, every time I try them on with Jeans or Khakis, they look too "dressy"...every time I try them on with formal wear, they seem to look a bit "casual"...am I making any sense??

What occasion is this for? Work? Night out? Seems OK for casual - Casual Friday. Depends on you office environment.
