Constant red nose and patches on face

Do you guys know of any creams/lotions that you can apply to reduce redness? My nose is always glowing (Don't mind in the summer as it looks tanned but now im getting abit paler it looks pathetic).

My girlfriend keeps going on about green concealer - but I'm not keen on people noticing make up.

I've also thaught of SUBTLE fake tan use - as I also have very bad Dark rings under my eyes and I hoped it would make them less noticable.

Any suggestions?

sounds like rosacia. See a doctor and get medicine.

I didnt think there would be a medical solution, thaught it was just natural but thanks for that I will book an appointment as soon as possible.
