I usually take a few glasses of water before I go to bed and take a multivitamin in the morning with some powerade or whatnot for the electrolytes. You're going to need something to put back what your kidneys have been processing through the entire night vitamins/sodium/minerals wise and also liquid wise since most of what a hangover is, besides poisoning your body, is dehydrating it. I also like a few shots of espresso the morning after as a few studies have shown that coffee can help stabilize the effects of alcohol on liver function. All that said, I rarely get hangovers and I drink quite a bit. But if I know I'm going on a total bender and for some reason don't have the following morning to regroup, I use the above method. Tried and true. FYI, according to one of my all-time favorite and funniest books, "The Modern Drunkard," another suggestion is a Bloody Bull: essentially a Bloody Mary "fortified with two ounces of beef bullion."
