Last night at the bar.....

So last night I am at my local dive bar near the job. In a booth with my boy and homegirl. My boy tells me that some dude at the bar dropped some $$ by his bag where he was standing. I go over to get another round and the dude is tipsy. I scoop up the $$ and sit back down with the round of drinks. 5 crisp $100 bills. Gave my boy $200 for spotting it. Homegirl was on a smokebreak so she got squat. Just saying!

not sure how i feel about this.on one hand since he was tipsy he should have to learn a lesson about being responsibly for himself.on the other hand, you and your buddy could have done the right thing by giving him back the money.in the long run that 500 wont make or break you so was it really worth swiping rather then just telling the guy to wake the fuck up and watch what he is doing...if your in need of cash that bad i guess i understand where your coming from!

ive been in his shoes a few times and on some occasions i had to take a loss, but on other occasions someone returned what belonged to me.i was really impressed by the ones who returned it.i find them to be kind of classy, or kind hearted.but the ones who dont return items that dont belong to them if they could i just see that as human nature.enjoy your money, buy something worth 300 or more with it
