if you want to 'build muscle' don't use gimmick and stupid expensive shit like p90x. Yea its an ok workout but if you want muscle just eat a shit ton and lift heavy. Eat more than you think you should if you really wanna gain.

Try deadlifting a laser printer at work. It worked for sho'nuff.
