I took a quick glance off ebay for the mentioned tissot model. I wouldn't buy them from most of the sellers, even the ones with high feedback. The photos they are using are either stock photos or photos that have been used on replica websites. As to the point, similar quality - as mentioned there are already differences from sharper edges/finishes, proper paint jobs, spacing. If it is absolutely imperative that you purchase an authentic watch, then it would probably be best to purchase directly from an authorized dealer.
