Barcelona vs Vienna - Page 2

Vienna and Barcelona have VASTLY different cultures. To my mind, Vienna was stiflingly conservative and not all that much fun. Things closed early. The food even at the best restaurants was dull. Even the cultural things - museums, operas, et cetera - were fairly ordinary.

Barcelona, on the other hand, is a 24/7 riot. And the food is considered some of the best and most creative in the world.

Hands down, Barcelona.

Wife and I went to Spain for honeymoon. We had an amazing time. The food, the attractions, the Boqueria Market, etc... were all nice but it smelled like piss everywhere.
