Just use the pics as the condition. Put it this way, there aren't any scratches (besides on the back), and it has been in the case since day 1 with the screen protector. I have no need for it as I am getting an iPhone 4. The only thing is I received it as a gift, and it has my name, and then "you rock" under it, and if you think I am going to lower the price because of that, you can fuck off. That is the one thing that that no one ever sees since it gets covered up by the case.
So, $155 is what I am thinking.. I may entertain offers, but I was looking on eBay, and they all go for around this price give or take. I already have offers, so I won't bump this or price drop as I have other people who are willing to pay. Payment is through Paypal only, either add the 4% or pay via gift. NO INTERNATIONAL. Well, if you want international, I will sell the iPod for $200 to you then.
It does not have any warranty, but was purchased for my birthday in March of '09, so it is almost a year and a half old. Still holds a charge well though. Man, I guess I told you guys the condition
