Keep it and wear it every day. I never understood the mentality of not using/limiting the use of something b/c it was expensive. My mom is like this. I bought her some wusthof knives a few yrs back and she'll only use them like one a month. Or some people will buy expensive shoes and only wear them on special occasions. I have a watch very similar...its the F1 alarm. its my "beater" watch...not in the sense that its a crappy watch..but its the watch i wear when i'm out and about, golfing, doing yard work, etc...
