This is my first Styleforum sale, so go easy on me. Incredible site! I've bought a few things here & hope to keep up the SF tradition of high quality (well-cared for) items. If you have ANY questions or requests, please let me know. I'll measure the shoes tomorrow & add the specs. 1st, these are my favorite pair of shoes. JM Weston Triple soled wingtips. If they're my favorites, why sell 'em? As my 1st purchase of top quality shoes, why would I imagine that an 8D was anything other than an 8D. Well, the 590 Wing tip derby on triple sole 8D is closer to a US 9 1/2D. After over a year of experimenting with xtra thick socks, foot pads, etc I've finally given up. I only got to wear them 3 times & they look to have been worn around 3 times before i got 'em. I've gotta say, these are some giant "Mutha's". They're the most substantial shoes i've seen, and they weigh a ton. They make my vintage Florsheim longwings look weak. CURSE those craze Frenchmen & their f'd up sizing!!! (Just kidding) Really nice condition. I tried to take good quality pics so you can tell that they're very clean. Retail in the $1750.00 to $2000.00 range. I'm asking what i paid: $499.00-- $474.00-- $450.00. Including shipping CONUS. PM me for int'l shipping price.

2nd, here is my vintage pair of Italian made Crocodile split toes. Got them from a distant relative who said he bought them in Italy while he lived there in the late '50's and early '60's. Very clean crocodile uppers. can't find a size marking, but he was an 8D, I am too, and they have fit us both. I recently had them resoled, so I'm already $75.00 into these shoes. Asking $199.00-- $175.00, including shipping CONUS. PM me for int'l shipping price.

Sorry, there seems to be no info on or in the shoes about the brand. They look very similar to a brown Crocodile pair of Vintage Edwin Clapp I have, though.

3rd, I have some shoes from my uncle. I told him I had sold some shoes on ebay, so he said, "i'll send you a box, help me out." 2 weeks, a 90 pound box from greyhound arrived. I already sold 4 incredible pairs of Lucchese classics cowboy boots (maybe not a SF item) & 10 pairs of A&E, etc on ebay. Here's some of the stuff I liked (too bad his feet are so damned big! Sutor Mantellasi for Zegna brown lace-ups. Size 12D. Seems my uncle owns near 400 pairs of shoes, so most of them are worn just a couple times, then stored. Very nice condition. Asking $199.00 free shipping CONUS PM me for int'l shipping price.

Sutor Mantellasi for Zegna black lace-ups. Size 12D. same story. Asking $199.00 free shipping CONUS. SOLD!!!

Salvatore Ferragamo Tramezza monkstraps size 12D. Asking $225.00.--SOLD!!! Free shipping CONUS. PM me for int'l shipping price.

I've got a bunch of AE that belongs to my uncle and i'll try to add that ASAP. Also, a bunch of Cole Haan Bragano. If anyone's interested, i'll put up some pics, if not, then to Ebay they go! THANKS ALOT for having such a great community & taking the time to check out my stuff. Take Care & Be Well.

I need to find a freaking 14 year old to explain all this to me! I still prefer face-to-face conversation to texting... I'm a dinosaur. Try #2, more successful!!!
