I take it you've never been to the request board?

Every 3rd post is "Yo this bitch fucked up my life here's her phone # and facebook get her good b!"

anyways, now he has to follow all these steps to verify his account before the limitation is lifted. he sent me a bunch of screenshots to confirm he isn't lying. i figure i should at least wait till the limit on his account is lifted to see if he actually sends my money back. if not, i'm deff calling deleware police. hopefully my credit card company will take my side since paypal won't do shit.

With that 0.7 oz shipping weight on the receipt, you should easily win the CC dispute if you don't win the PP dispute.

that 0.7 oz thing isn't with me, that's a different buyer he scammed on another site. i do have an empty envelope though.

If he sent you an envelope with a tracking/DC number on it, the post office should have record of the weight of the item that was mailed to you. If you can get that from them, have them provide you a print-out of verification of this and that should help you out a lot.

Next time he would fulfill it of rocks. Ey nice luck with the scammer. I´ve been scammed twice by the same neapolitan guy. Paypal didn´t help me the first time but visa did, the second time I got the money and the garment . Nice lesson to the crook. I´ll pray for you tonight buddy! Edited, man he is a 17 teen with a homo face !

Would anyone consider forgiving him in a good Christian tradition?

Was this priority mail? If you have a tracking number, punch it into USPS.com and it may have weight info. From US to New Zealand, there may also be a customs form on the envelope. I'm sure you've already thought of this though.

im christian, but let's put it this way.
he's a repeated sinner with no remorse. he has a court case for robbery, theft and related offenses.
pretty sure he's going straight to hell anyway with his track record and the way he's continuing.
only way i'm forgiving him is if he gives me back my money and apologises

I forgot to post but right before you banned him, I was about to buy an iPod from him. Glad I didn't.

if i was the neighbor, i'd rather not get involed, no gain for me. i don't want some bratty kid that i ratted on to be pissed off at me, if he lives next to me.
