that 0.7 oz thing isn't with me, that's a different buyer he scammed on another site. i do have an empty envelope though.

If he sent you an envelope with a tracking/DC number on it, the post office should have record of the weight of the item that was mailed to you. If you can get that from them, have them provide you a print-out of verification of this and that should help you out a lot.

Was this priority mail? If you have a tracking number, punch it into USPS.com and it may have weight info. From US to New Zealand, there may also be a customs form on the envelope. I'm sure you've already thought of this though.

funny thing is he used first class or whatever the name of the slowest shipping. also i still havent received this envelope after 2 months, so i wouldnt be able to do it.

im christian, but let's put it this way.
he's a repeated sinner with no remorse. he has a court case for robbery, theft and related offenses.
pretty sure he's going straight to hell anyway with his track record and the way he's continuing.
