I can choose to do it any night of the week from 6:15-10:15 or either day on the weekend from 1-5pm.

Best chances of meeting hot chicks?!?

You see plenty of fine asses in sewing classes. Many young aspiring fashion designers. They get down too. If you must learn to cook scope out all your options first.

^^ Looks like tuesday or thursday would be good for running in to fashion chicks. I should probably keep my weekends free, so tuesday might be good.

Need to decide whether to do the pro course or the hobbyist course. The pro one is 98 hours and the other about half that. Gonna have to stop by the school this week and get more details about what's in each of them.

I think I may call myself a cooking class veteran. And I can say with assurance that if you want even vaguely hot chicks you need to be in pastry classes, and even then don't expect much.

Ask the fashion chicks about the basic sewing classes. Tell them you're a pattern maker and that you need to sew for your career. Pattern makers and fashion designers have very close relationships.

Honestly, that's not why i'm taking the classes. It's just something I thought might be an added benefit of taking them, but apparently not.

Friday cooking classes are bound to be depressing...suicidal even. Sunday is probably optimal as that's a hobby day for most people. If you like to meet women outside of a club setup, tried meetup.com yet? Lots of different groups to get involved in - I hear the reading one is quite active.

Wednesday or Saturday.

I used to walk past a place that offered cooking classes and saw some decent girls taking the classes.
