A girl with great perky C's has no business getting fake tits. Tera Patrick did the same thing and it ruined her IMO.

The only girls who should get implants are the incredibly flat chested ones. Otherwise a nice B or bigger is fine by me once she's naked. A flat stomach/great ass/pretty face can overcome a lack of C's or D's. Now, if she's Diora, or similar, well then you've hit the jackpot.
