You get a keyboard and mouse. No, they're not the crappy, form-over-function Apple deals. The keyboard is a wireless Logitech with all the multimedia buttons that look so cool, but that you never really get around to using. But they're there. I lost its sister wireless mouse, so I bought a Logitech laser mouse. This mouse has a wire attached to it permanently so that I would not lose it. This plan has worked so far, and you are the beneficiary. If you're a gamer, God help you. You probably have your own mouse anyway.
