Lets see how this goes, post mishaps and slip-ups here, anything and everything thats gone wrong in some way or another. Fine examples include tripping over a slight elevation in the footpath, burning dinner for the girl you're trying to impress, and crashing your brand new car in to a tree after having a few drinks. This isn't a contest though, so the blunder can be of any scale or variety. I've got a pretty pathetic one, but none the less.. Just now I was trying to make a loose leaf green tea as I always do while also boiling a pot of water for making my dinner (pasta), I had a cup ready beside me with a leaf strainer in it (the ones that sit in the cup and have two parts that hang out of the cup to keep the strainer from falling and consequently stick out a bit). I scooped up a teaspoon of the stuff from the packet and as I lifted the teaspoon up from the packet it got caught on one of the ends of the filter (the cup was a bit too close to the packet) and the teaspoon flicked green tea leaves everywhere like a catapult, numerous bits went onto the stove including in the water I was boiling for my pasta, ended up having to clean the stove and drain and refill the water in the pot (though fortunately I hadn't added the pasta yet).

About 4 months ago I was getting ready to grill some buffalo meat burgers from Trader Joe's. I just got back from running, so I was starving and didn't feel like waiting to thaw them. Anyway, I was using a butter knife to try and pry apart the frozen burgers and all the sudden the knife slipped right through the patties and I cut the shit out of my thumb. My wife drove me to urgent care and the doctor said I needed five stitches. He gave me about five injections of lidocaine right into the cut, which was the absolute worst pain I have ever felt and hurt 10 times worse than the cut itself. My thumb is still partially numb to this day.

In middle school we played paint ball on this farmland. To get to the wooded area we had to walk across a large cow field. On our way back my friend's were talking and I was just shooting random cow pies. I shot one in front of them and the splatter flinged a little bit into my friend's open mouth. I knew he would start shooting at me or try to fight me so I started running away immediately.

Girl that sits across from me uses a headset...The clumsiest person on the face of this earth!!! She gets up to go and pick up something off of the printer and forgets that she has the headset resting around her neck. She walks appr 5 feel and the cord proceeds to yank her neck and her to the groung. People don't even bat an eye anymore at some of the stuff that happens to her.. And she is kinda hot!

Wasn't really me, but a few years ago I was with my dad and he was changing the oil in his car and dropped a wrench into the engine. We tried to get it out, but we couldn't reach it so he decided to drive the car in circles to try knock it out. After a few hours we drove back home and the engine caught on fire and the flames were coming out near the windscreen. We obviously ran from the car and called the police, but it exploded before they got there, fairly dangerous since it was on a very busy highway.

I did the same thing before. But instead of being yanked by the cord, The cord came loose from the outlet and hit me in the face.( owww!!)

Ok...Here is another accident. ( I have a ton of them) So one time I was riding my bike down the block.Everything was going well as I was riding up and down my block until I suddenly slipped on something( I don't remember what it was)which caused me to fall on the side of the bike. I thought,"Ok. I'll just get back up and ride my bike up again." Just when I was getting up, I realized the chain ring on my bike spiked into my leg. So being as safe as possible , I got the chain ring out of my leg, but now I have a long chain mark scar on my leg.
