The Official Baltimore Orioles Thread of Hope and Change (Yes We Can!) - Page 5

Speaking of high, my predictions for the 2012 Os:
Markakis free from debilitating groin injury, hits over .300 with 80+ RBIs, 20+ HRs, and 40+ doubles;
newly fit and re-dedicated Matusz rides his improved fastball to 15+ wins and a sub 4.00 ERA;
developing Weiters hits .275, 25 HRs, 80 RBIs;
still developing Adam Jones hits . 290, 30 HRs, 100 RBIs.
Os still finish under .500.

I feel pretty good as we start the season. Good pitching and good timely hitting. Markakis is healthy and our best pitcher (IMO) Zach Britton hasn't even pitched yet. He's on the DL and I hope he's solid when he comes off.

I think Baltimore should release Kevin Gregg. Eat his 5,000,000 dollars and just release him. He's an espirit de corps killer and he needs to go for the sanity of the team and its fans.

First place:slayer: (for now peepwall[1].gif). All of my predictions are looking pretty good with the exception of Matusz.

I got bleacher seats in the 7th row for yesterday's game. Betemit's homer came directly at us and I thought I was going to have to catch it for a second.
Not just the Yanks, Douglas. 3 in the Bronx, followed by 3 at Fenway, then back home for the Rays, Rangers, and Yanks. If they can go 8-7 or better over that stretch, they may be for real.
The pitching has been lights out.
Dylan Bundy makes his 5th start for Delmarva tonight and has yet to give up a hit. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif
We should all catch a game!
