Navy Suit, size 34R: preferably 2 button, 2 vents, worsted wool, either solid or maybe with a subtle pattern or texture. Medium dark shade of blue is preferable to the usual "dark" navy blue. Flat front trousers, waist 28 (give or take an inch), unhemmed or 30 inch inseam, with a regular rise. Three-piece suit is also good. Max $800. Grey Tweed Jacket, size 34R: solid, herringbone (all grey or blue-grey), or houndstooth. 2 or 3 buttons are ok, and preferably 2 vents. Max $200. Navy Trousers: same as for the suit. Max $150.
