Yeah it's a bit of ranting but here's a bit more of the detail.
The first order I placed, I forgot to choose a tie when going on vacation - sent an email but couldn't follow up because I didn't have wireless connection.
When I was able to check I got an email saying sure just pick a tie but by then my order had shipped already.
I placed a second order and instead of a tie I was wondering if I could take a cuff link instead since I've ordered 4 shirts in total now between the two orders.Waited for 3 days for a reply, then a follow up email and another 2 day wait and nothing yet, but an automated email saying my order has been shipped now.
I can tell you they once shipped a shirt with a missing button and I mentioned that to them and they offered a credit which I turned down because I could just replace it with one of the extra buttons they always sow into the shirt at the bottom. No big deal right? No big fuss.
Meh, maybe they're busy and didn't intend to do this. But I'm surprised as I've always found them to be super responsive in the past.
