No need to worry, the shirt looks fine to me.

Quick question:

For the same given set of shirt measurements, what are the specific adjustments that are made for a shirt that specified the 'sloping shoulder' posture, compared to the 'normal/standard' posture?

Thanks.

So the saga continues between me and ModernTailor. Today I received a private pm asking why I wasn't happy and that they would be willing to refund my money. I appreciate that and that is admirable, however, they haven't even heard what I have been saying.

I don't want a refund, I just want them to find the 5 shirts I sent back and have them put different collars on them. I would like them to do this at MY EXPENSE. I am not asking for anything for free. I ordered the wrong collars, I should pay to fix it. However, they have lost my shirts and don't really like to get back to me with timely communication and now it appears that they don't even listen to what is being said.

I am waiting Modern Tailor for a reasonable response.

Ordered my first shirt, one of the trial shirts in white, to get a feel for fit. Fingers crossed, as I had to go on body measurements seeing as I am not happy with the fit of any shirts I currently own.

I placed an order last Sunday afternoon...would have been 4am Monday ModernTailor time. I expedited production and shipping. When can I expect my order? It says in transit but nothing further...tried tracking with the sites recommended here.

Why do people insist on using body measurements? It never works.

Not bad but that shirt would look and fit a lot better in the midsection if you have darts put in the back.

Get some honeycombing effect seen in the first pic.

Also the hem that extends out from the collar to the shoulder (last pic) is sitting forward on my shoulder meaning the yoke section is pulled up as well.

Thoughts guys?
This was my trial white shirt.
Any suggestions cause I want to order a nicer shirt for my brother's graduation.
anyone>?

1. Ask them to make the forearm measurements wider. They will send you guidelines how to measure it correctly. I've had that done to my shirts. 2. The shoulders on your shirt are too wide. Make them slightly narrower. Pretty good besides that. Good first try. Edit: Oh, and I'd lengthen the sleeves a bit. They seem too short, especially since the shirt tends to shrink a bit after washing. 2nd Edit: choose a longer collar. You have a large head and a small collar only makes things worse by accentuating it.

Hi Harley, I am the person in charge for SF for weekends... I am going to wait until monday to get response about the shirts you sent. However, I can give you a reasonable response within 4 hours if you send me the tracking #. Thank you and I hope to receive your reply.

Collar looks a little loose (maybe it will be fine after washing and shrinkage). Otherwise good fit.

Hi Modern Tailor team, I was hoping it would be possible to get the email that I recieved from Modern Tailor telling me my item has shipped and the tracking number re-sent? It was the victum of a rather unfortuante ipad button mashing incident.

Has anyone else placed any new orders within the last 3 days on MT? I placed a small order on Jan 26, and everything seemed to be in order, then I went back on the website today and I saw a note about orders being delayed because of Chinese New Year, and that all orders placed Jan 26 and later would be delayed due to the holiday. Anyone else know how long I can expect the order to be delayed? I paid extra for expedited production, now I'm wishing I hadn't spent the extra money, especially if now I'm going to have to wait an extra couple weeks longer than normal.
