I think you are expecting too much from them. If they gave out free shirts left and right, I doubt they would've made much profit. There's inherent risk when ordering from China, so if you aren't ready to take it, it's best to find a local tailor. That's not to say I don't feel your pain... However, with each order, I find more and more patience in myself. Nowadays, I don't even check tracking.
Expecting too much?? I'm expecting to receive my $200 order, is it too much to ask? If my order is lost, then they simply have to file a claim with the postal service and they will get their money back.
As for my other expectations, I simply don't understand why suddenly it takes 3 days or more to get a reply to an email, when not long ago it used to take less than 24 hours. I also don't understand how a company like this does not have a clear policy for lost packages. Every employee in the company should tell me the same thing.
