The huge problem this season is that it's become two shows... the gangster thug stuff (Rosetti storyline) and everything else (the BE of the past). Rosetti's so one-dimensional he's not worth the time the show has spent on him. The side plots are overshadowing the main story arc. I would have rather spent less time on the gangster stuff (Rosetti is crazy and will brutally murder anyone who makes him look stupid, we get it) and more time on the political plot w/ Stephen Root, more time w/ Chalky, and more time in Chicago. The Sopranos did a lot better job at integrating the two sides of Tony's life.
