So glad this show is back.

I think that would be best. The show is really at its best dealing with struggles between bad men and worse men. I don't actually mind the feminist stuff in theory. I enjoyed the feminist themes in Mad Men and Downton Abbey. But I feel like this show's heart isn't in it, and it just throws that stuff in because their budget requires that they bring in female viewers. They haven't introduced a single female character that the show couldn't do without.

And where in the fuck is Chalky White?

^i'm hoping so.... there seems to be a glaring symbolisms of how women and their issues are going do dominate this season. My wife was already complaining its going to be a women-centric season (she loves crime movies and shows). You can deal with women/gay issues watching True Blood.... I hope it doesn't delve into that too much with Boardwalk Empire.

Great first episode.

Two-face is going to slaughter everyone.

I'm really sad than Manny died. He was my favorite char behind Van Alden. It had to happen though.

Liked seeing Richard at the shooting gallery. Cheesy fan service, but it was enjoyable.

Van Alden opening the latch on his case to play along was a hoot.

I had just told the wife that Manny was my fav character when he opened the door to the shot gun blast. I'm loving the new flapper, Lilian.

It's probably a nod to modern times and how their rights are slowly being compromised. I don't mind. My mother use to make me march with her in the 70's for women's' rights.

Man that guy is so sensitive to everything.

Mixed feelings on the show. Out maneuvering that doctor with the Bishop shows just what a conniving bint Schroder is. Nucky had better watch his back.

I hope this show does not get formulaic in each season starts with Nucky's enemies all lining up against him and ends with him vanquishing all his enemies. Shooting Jimmy was a great one time thing; I don't want to see Nucky do something like that every season.
