The ****? Apparently Red Wing's involved in this **** too? http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/...arget-best-buy
The company gave money and in-kind services to MN Forward, an "independent expenditure campaign ... not approved by any candidate," "supported by Minnesota employers of all sizes from across the state," MinnPost.com reports. The advocacy organization, which mostly focuses on tax and spending reform, has thrown its support behind Tom Emmer, a Republican gubernatorial candidate who opposes abortion and same-sex marriage, and supports Arizona's controversial immigration law, S.B. 1070.
In addition to Target and Best Buy, Red Wing Shoes and Polaris Industries have given money to MN Forward.

my red wings do make for pretty easy abortions, solid kick and you're good. work great on minorities too, i can see why they would support him when they have such similar ideals.

i swear you've never stomped a queer til you've done it in some Red Wing™ Gentlemen Travelers

I imagine many of Red Wing's customer base who actually use the shoes for work, and not to look cool, will agree with the donation.

Summary of assumptions:
  1. Blue collar workers buying boots for work make up most of Red Wing's revenue
  2. Blue collar workers hate ****
  3. Blue collar workers hate Mexicans

I find it hilarious that people wont buy something just because the company donates money to some thing they don't agree with. Pure stupidity.
