It was a very good year for small town girls
And soft summer nights
Wed hide from the lights
On the village green...

2009.

Worrying about getting into college, worrying about baseball, being burnt out of both , starting to party, starting to develop fake bravado to compensate for lack of real confidence, chasing girls, being chased by girls I didn't deserve.

I would so love to redo last year.

I guess not. But most teen parents that I know of, I wouldn't describe them as "concerned."

Me,too. Unlike you guys, I did not smoke, drink, steal or do anything else that was considered fun. ( I was raised deeply religious....urgh) Also that year, I had to spend my time going in and out of the hospital.( I had to be home-schooled )

17 - Ah, youth! Spent half the year on crutches/cast since I shattered my ankle that January, turned 17 in February and spent the rest of the year trying to get my life back together. Didn't have 'home-schooling' , was handed assignments that needed to be handed in on time, except for Alg/Trig, went back to delivering papers in the a.m and p.m., and finished the year by being tutored in Alg/Trigonometry after school, got my second real girlfiend, my driver's license and the best grades I ever had in HS.

BTW, it was also the year, since I was home for 6 mos, that I watched movies all day and got hooked on black n white classic movies. The best!

Boarding school. That was probably the most fun i've ever had in my life, aside from the summers between the ages of 10-13, when i used to go stay with my cousins on the lake.

My summers beyond the age of 14 were never much fun for that same reason. Most of my friends lived in other cities/countries and I spent the entire summer working at my parents' hotel, often at night.
