I think you're referring to his younger brother Liam. He has a clothes line called "Pretty Green". I prefer Noel's taste in clothes myself.

They're rayban caravans.

A few years ago I was backstage at an outdoor festival and I looked back and saw Noel Gallagher walking like 20 feet behind me. I kept walking and looked back again a while later and he was still behind me, then I turned a corner and looked back again and he was still behind me. I then heard him say to the security guy he was with "I think that guy is following me"

Just start google-pic searching for keywords like Mod, brit punk, etc and see what comes up. You may find that if you buy from certain labels (like Ben Sherman, Fred Perry, etc) it'll give you the look you want. The streetwear crew around these forums (SF stands for StyleForum) are generally interested in the American workwear look, with a little cheap street-kids look, and a bit of aspirational runway stuff. The Menswear group sort of mixes anything from classic American prep, with a bit of (again, aspirational) Italian styling, with a drop of the traditional British look.

I appreciate all the advice Master-Classter. I'd been looking into getting a Ben Sherman Harrington Jacket soon. I just bought a pair of Ray-Ban Caravan sunglasses off ebay for $15. Is it common to find nice (depending on what one defines as nice) sunglasses so cheap? Why would anybody pay retail. This particular model is going for $80 on Amazon.

For that price they could be counterfeit, you generally get what you pay for.

Edit: then again for $15 even if they are fakes it's not a big deal.
