I've been buying and selling on this forum for quite awhile now, and I've had a very pleasant experience until now. In May, I bought a cardigan by Our Legacy. But when I received the cardigan, the sweater was in terrible condition, with multiple holes and a rip that was about 4 inches. So when I emailed him, and he told me to ship the sweater back for a refund. I was a bit hesitant because there is no buyer protection from Paypal, but I decided to ship it back. And I haven't heard from him since. I'll try to do what I can to get the money back. But I would just like to warn the forum members who may deal with him in the future. His name is Sam Youkilis. His user name was syoukliis but the username doesn't exist on the member list anymore. And his email addresses are: soxfan3366@gmail.com and syoukilis12@gmail.com **added details** I made an initial payment of $187 for the sweater. The price was a bit steep, but I was willing to pay close to retail for it since it was a piece that I've wanted. When I received the item in such horrible condition (see initial post), I contacted him, and after a few emails we agreed on the refund of $175. So I sent the package (with tracking), but he claimed that he never received it even though the tracking indicated that the package was delivered. A couple of weeks later, the package was returned to me, and a stamp on the package stated that the receiver of sent the package back. So when I contacted Sam Youkilis, he claimed that the address was his school address, and he asked the school to send the package back because he just returned home from school. So I sent the package again for the second time to his home address (with tracking). The package was delivered on June 28th, and he has been ignoring me since. The tracking for the second time I shipped the sweater is: 03093220000228438990. **UPDATE** 08/07 He has finally compensated me in full, and I never thought I would get my money back!
