Is Tom Cruise wearing STACKED trainers?

I have heard and often read that TC a tad paranoid about his height. I gather he is between 5 5" - 5 7"
But i the pics - it is possible that that the shoes are stacked - but are the trainers?

The way he is standing - there appears to be something odd about the angle of his trainers/body.

Odd.

Of course the trainers can be 'elevator' as well. But more importantly, Diaz isn't wearing higher heels in the top pic.

An elevator?
I must admit i have never heard of elevator trainers. I recall seeing a pic of Mick Jagger in some very odd trainers in the papers. They were making fun as the trainers looked like they were on stacked like ladies shoes.

I suspect Mr Cruise is a bit more cunning and get his 'stacked' if that is what it is from the inside.

Its odd that such a huge (no pun) Hollywood star appears so affected by his height. He certainly is not midget like say Danny De Vito.

Bono seems to have this affliction as well, although he is a proud stacker.. no stealth stackers for Bono.

Poor little guy.

I've seen a million photos of Tom Cruise looking short as hell with normal shoes, so I have to assume he does not wear elevator shoes. At least not on a regular basis.

He's notorious for wearing lifts...

Yeh she does have fantastic legs...mmmm....my god, those jeans just look incredible!...Ooo and that bit of leg flash...amazing. I'm not too keen on feet but I could easily develop a foot fetish if all feet were followed by legs like those...

......what's that about Tom Cruise's trainers?

Tom was actually very fast. He is a bit of a race fan and has a large selection of cars and bikes. He also was, I think, into racing and spent a lot of time with Paul Newman who was also a big race buff. I am not surpised he got a fat time or that he was relaxed, the man flies airplanes and I gather holds a licnence too. Anyway, top stuff. CD = hot legs but boy her face is aging SO badly! TC = stacko!!!

I caught a bit of Eyes wide shut this evening, and Christian Bale's Patrick Bateman, seems to have modelled his expressions exactly on Tom Cruise

I thought the soles of most racing shoes were made quite thin in order to better feel the pedal. Putting in lifts would not just be extreme vanity, but would probably contribute to poorer performance.
