To Everyone:

I wanted to see if anyone needed help in reaching their fitness goals whether it is to get more muscular, ripped, lose weight, etc. I can help with any kind of goal because I have gone through the stages myself which you can read about below. I really enjoying helping people reach their fitness goals and I have been doing it for years with many of my friends who have seen great results. I don't have a specific charge for this service. It would just be dependent on how much help you would want or need. I can offer help in the way of keeping track of daily meals and workout regiments or do it on a weekly or monthly basis. I will provide tailored workouts and meal plans that will be broken down on a day to day basis depending on what your fitness goals are. I know that the economy is real bad right now and if you can't afford to pay for this service, we can always discuss exchange of services or goods. For example if you are selling something I like you can just trade me that for my service. My main concern is just to help anyone reach their goal and feel good about themselves physically. I know it has made a big difference in my life and also in the lives of others I have helped. You can PM me if you would like for me to help you out.

About Me:

I started working about in 2004 right before I went to college (go Longhorns)! I have been working out ever since. I initially wanted to be as big/muscular as possible and I went from not being able to bench the bar to repping 315lbs. It took a couple years and alot of hard work but I achieved my goal. I went from about 140 to 190 lbs in that time period. Afterwards I realized being big wasn't as important to me and I really wanted to get lean and have a six pack. I leaned down for a couple years, but it was harder to get the six pack while I was still in school. After I graduated I dedicated myself even more by eating the same foods everyday. I have been doing that for the last 2 years and brought my weight down to 150 lbs and got my six pak finally! I'm 5ft 10in for those wondering about my height. So through my experiences I have gone through many different types or workouts, meals plans, etc. in order to achieve my fitness goals. I feel like as a result I can help people achieve their goals not matter what it is.
