Full rise jeans...where to cop?

Where could I buy a pair of slim fitting (not skinny) full-size jeans in a dark wash? I did a modest search, and couldn't find anything recent on the subject. Last year I saw some at Club Monaco, but their sizing does not work for me. I need a size 28/29x34 (not vanity sized) and would prefer a button fly, although, that's not a deal breaker. I would be looking to spend no more than $120 if it could be done. Thanks in advance for your help...
