Are commercial kitchen appliances really better than home appliances?

Could u suggest me that which one is better home appliances or Kitchen appliances?

Kitchen in general, although there are many items where the difference is very small.

they're certainly different. commercial stuff usually is built to take a lot of pounding, but it's not usually terribly energy efficient. And when you're talking about ranges, it's not simply a matter of buying commercial and installing it in your house. you will need to replace your existing gas line for one with higher volume, and -- if you're doing it right -- you need to have the stove installed a certain distance from teh wall and the wall should be insulated.

I'm happy to see that restaurants have gone the way of the home these days. It is like the Williams-Sonomization of the commercial kitchen.

The problem with a pacojet isn't the pacojet, it is that you need a super cold freezer as well.
