I have never seen anyone with a coat/tie at a Disney park. Proper attire is:

shorts
sleeveless tshirt
sandals with knee socks (either white or black will do)

and don't forget the fanny pack

Okay, time to repeat one of my favorite stories. Guy at Filene's says "Can you show me where your suspenders are?" I replied "Sure" and opened my jacket.

When he was fresh out of law school, my father commissioned a solid navy suit that he thought was quite dashing. But whenever he was in an airport, person after person would come up and begin talking to him as if he worked for one of the airlines.

To this day, this experience remains his justification for not wearing solid navy suits. I maintain that if you dress a little less conservatively, most people will not make the mistake.

Wearing a solid navy suit especially with a white shirt and a reddish solid tie is asking for trouble..

Airline staff members are quite elegant and that's a positive thing...

If people thought you were working for the local Walmart the matter will have been different...

He just smiled and stood there waiting patiently for me to actually answer the question. Ater a few awkward moments, he stammered "Oh, you don't work here?" I said no, but I was pretty sure the store didn't have any suspenders. Then I directed him up the street to a couple of mens stores which carry them.
And despite Westinghouse's theory, I was wearing a gray nailhead Oxxford DB.

I just say, "Sorry, I don't work here" (unless I can answer the question in a sentence or so) and get on with my day.

If that's your worst problem, you're a lucky person.

This happens to me a lot as well, I am always in suits when I go out from work or whatever and constantly get mistaken as an employee. At first I like to think of it as a compliment to how nicely I am dressed but then take offense to think that you would only expect to see the workers in suits and no one else. Of course that comes with the casualness of todays society.

As I sometimes wear my suit on a day off ,people tend to think I'm a staff..

I promised myself playing the game and selling something at a very low price before leaving illitico presto the shop...

Being catholic ,I'm feeling too guilty to act on that.

I think that you can stay with silk.
