If you haven't heard of these amazing morsels or ever tried them you are missing out. How can you go wrong when you wrap a meatball with a half slice of bacon, slather it with your favorite rub, smoke for a couple hours, then slather with your favorite sauce? GAWD DAYUMN they's some good eats...

I don't understand when it became chic to but bacon on everything, but it's really getting to be ridiculous. Bacon is great, and it can add a wonderful fat flavor to certain foods, but enough is enough.
